Manage subscription
Your subscription runs for one month and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period — without giving reasons and without any formal requirements.
Via the Stripe customer portal
In the customer portal of the payment provider Stripe you can cancel, change your payment method and view your invoices. After cancelling you automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail stating the date until which your subscription runs. Until then you can undo the cancellation in the customer portal.
Informally by e-mail
An e-mail to support@quantarah.com is enough. Just say that you want to cancel and state the e-mail address used for your order. We will record the cancellation and confirm the date it takes effect by e-mail.
Your access remains available until the end of the billing period already paid for; the fee for the current period is not refunded in the case of ordinary cancellation.
Cancellation or withdrawal?
These are two different rights. Cancellation ends the subscription at the end of the billing period. Withdrawal applies within 14 days of concluding the contract and leads to reimbursement — less a proportionate amount if you requested immediate performance.
