As a consumer, you have the following right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG).
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail or by post). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You may also declare your withdrawal via the "Withdraw from contract" button on our website quantarah.com (in the footer of every page, accessible without logging in). After completing a few details (name, e-mail address used for the order, plan), you confirm via the "Confirm withdrawal" button. We will confirm receipt of a withdrawal declared this way without delay by e-mail, stating the date and time of receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out this reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that performance of the service begin during the withdrawal period (immediate activation of your access), you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract (one billing month).
Example: if you withdraw from a Plus subscription (€9.99 per month) on the eighth day after conclusion of the contract, you pay for eight of approximately thirty days — around €2.66 — and the remainder is refunded.
